Mahzyn Business Messaging
When you opt in to our messaging program, you may receive SMS/text messages from Mahzyn Inc related to:

SMS messaging services are intended for users 18 years of age or older. By opting in to receive SMS messages, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age.

Our forms present two separate consent checkboxes — one for non-marketing messages (appointment reminders, service updates) and one for marketing messages (promotions, offers, tips). Each checkbox is unchecked by default and clearly describes the message type, message frequency, applicable data rates, and opt-out instructions. You may opt into one, both, or neither.
You may opt out of all SMS/text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages of any kind will be sent. Replying STOP always cancels all message categories.
To rejoin the messaging program after opting out, reply START or YES to a previous message, re-submit a form on our website with the messaging consent checkbox selected, or contact us at mustafab@mahzyn.com.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Our messaging service supports all major US mobile carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and their MVNOs. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mahzyn retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mahzyn Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of our website or services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Mahzyn in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
